Three panel sizes in all-metal construction

Panel PCs are available in three sizes: 10.1″, 15.6 and 23.8″″.

The machined front aluminum frame combined with a durable glass panel gives the device a distinctive industrial look and long-term durability.

The frame design is optimized for sealing directly into an electrical cabinet, achieving IP65 protection from the front side.

The all-aluminum construction also improves passive heat dissipation, making the panel suitable for heavy-duty industrial operation.

Two Intel® series processors and cooling options

The panel is powered by modern Intel® N100 or N305 processors, ensuring compatibility with standard operating systems, industrial software and commonly used drivers. This guarantees predictable performance and system stability.

For the N100 processor, both passive and active cooling options are available. Passive cooling enables a more compact rear design and is suitable for applications where lower thermal output and moderate performance are sufficient.

Easy access to physical storage

The main M.2 SSD can be replaced by removing just three screws on the rear panel. An additional microSD card slot is also easily accessible.

This design simplifies installation and maintenance, allows quick storage upgrades or expansion, and minimizes downtime during service interventions.

Two front USB-C ports

The panel provides two front-facing USB-C 3.0 ports.

These allow quick access for service tools, external storage, or peripherals without opening the control cabinet or interrupting operation.

Both USB-C ports are IP65-rated, preserving the integrity of the front panel.

Front NFC reader

The 15.6″ and 23.8″ models feature an integrated NFC card and chip reader located beneath the front glass. This enables simple and secure user identification and access control.

Two communication options (modbus tcp, serial port) allows easy integration into existing systems and workflows.

Multiple panel mounting options

The panel supports mounting options suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
A threaded hole system allows the panel to be securely screwed into a cabinet cutout, with the option to seal the opening.

Alternatively, the panel can be mounted using VESA-standard holders, providing flexibility during installation.

Selectable I/O modules

The base configuration includes a wide range of ports, eliminating the need for external adapters.

In addition to standard PC interfaces, the panel supports Cleartex Vision I/O modules for expanding interfacing options with external systems. This modular approach allows the system to be precisely configured for specific application and communication requirements.

Two standard module options are available, with custom solutions on request, subject to lead time and cost.

Protective TPU edge frame

The flexible TPU edge frame protects both the panel and the operator from exposed metal edges.

It is suitable for installation in industrial control cabinets as well as for mounting on VESA brackets. Available in multiple color variants, it can also serve as a visual identification element. The design ensures full access to all ports while remaining flexible enough for easy installation.
